Located on the west Basin of Sharbot Lake, this heavily treed lot has an elevated clearing to build your cottage or home on with an amazing view over the lake. There is a rough lane down to the 279 feet of good, clean shoreline, and 4.7 acres of mixed bush & scenic rock formations to explore.
