Located on the west Basin of Sharbot Lake and just south of highway 7, this heavily treed lot has an elevated clearing to build your cottage or home on with an amazing southerly view over the lake. There is a rough lane down to the 279 feet of good, clean shoreline, and 4.7 acres of mixed bush and scenic rock formations to explore. At the waterfront there is a good level area for recreation, campfires and perhaps a good location for a gazebo.
